lyrics

Man I have to tell you, I dreamt of you again last night
I know it's our thing to be closed and uptight.
But I keep on repeating that same old scene,
Because it felt almost real, more than a dream.
I wore red lipstick, and you wore a hat.
But it was quite normal other than that.

I drank red wine, which i held from the stem.
It was just like the castle we used to frequent.
And it made me believe, we will meet there again.
I miss you my friend.

You gave me two turtles. And told me you had things you had to say.
I promised that I wouldn't get in your way.
We spoke of Manchester, Christmas and football.
You said things had changed but nothing at all.

I drank red wine, which i held from the stem.
It was just like the castle we used to frequent.
And it made me believe, we will meet there again.
I miss you my friend.

His sound is a blend of witchy folk, baroque pop, soaring balladry and celestial psychedelia. ... more
